Nexign announced today that Gartner, Inc. has included Nexign in its Magic Quadrant.
St Petersburg, Russia - March 27, 2019: Nexign, a leading Business Support System (BSS) and Internet of Things (IoT) platform provider for communications service providers (CSPs), announced today that Gartner, Inc. has included Nexign in its Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs1 report. This is the second time in a row that Nexign has been included.
Gartner defines IRCM as meeting “all transaction-charging processing requirements, regardless of product, service, delivery network, customer type or payment method for a particular CSP. IRCM includes a set of integrated customer- and network-facing solutions that support customer acquisition, retention and monetisation functions.”
Nexign was evaluated on its digital BSS product. Nexign Digital BSS is an end-to-end platform delivering full-stack BSS functionality to drive CSPs’ digital transformation to the cloud and in the 5G era. It’s built on a solid foundation of a converged billing and a real-time network monetisation platform across channels, enhanced by centralised product management and an innovative digital OpenAPI layer to support the revenue stream diversification of CSPs seeking to become digital service providers (DSPs).
“We’ve had a long record of success during the past 27 years, including 120 projects with more than 50 CSPs,’’ said Igor Gorkov, CEO at Nexign. ‘’There are two major differentiators between Nexign and competitors. The first is business-model transformation. We help unlock extensive opportunities for rapid business development and revenue enablement. The second is long-term partnership. By developing, implementing and maintaining innovative solutions, we provide customers with a reliable service and an investment in their future. Our customers are our partners.”
Loukas Tzitzis, Сhief Products and Marketing Officer at Nexign, said the company supports CSPs on their way to becoming DSPs.
“We are dedicated to helping CSPs transform their business models through a future-proof portfolio of products and services, plus a total cost of ownership that is at least 25% lower than the market average,” Tzitzis said. “We deliver full digital BSS functionality that can be launched and optimised quickly to support long-term business growth.”
